Temporary Payroll Administrator
Samhall in Linköping is now looking for a temporary payroll administrator for Payroll Services.

The Shared Service Center (SSC) in Linköping works to support all those who operate within Samhall's employee and customer delivery processes. Today we are about 70 employees working in our three departments: Payroll Services, Operational Support, and Financial Services.
Within Payroll Services, we are 20 employees who work closely together. We are located in pleasant premises in central Linköping, in close proximity to the travel center. In recent years, we have implemented several major system changes, with the latest being a payroll system change. Our department is divided into three workgroups; two in payroll processing and one in systems. The groups have different areas of responsibility but collaborate and assist each other across boundaries. We are a wonderful team that cares for one another and where we together deliver good service and quality in our assignment.
Job Description
As a payroll administrator with us, you will work with a range of varied tasks such as ongoing payroll preparation administration, absence management, corrections, certificates, controls, and analyses of reported data, etc. The tasks also include advising and supporting our employees and managers.
Desired Qualifications
- At least a high school education and a vocational training specialized in payroll or several years of experience in payroll work
- Good system skills
- Basic understanding of collective agreement management
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Preferably a few years of professional experience in a service occupation

Employment Type and Other Information
The position is a parental leave replacement with a desired start in May and lasting until August 31, 2026.
